Job summary

The Boys & Girls Club of Utah County & Southern Utah is seeking an Afterschool Site Coordinator to lead an afterschool program at a Provo Elementary Site or Spanish Fork Site. You will manage daily operations, safety, and leadership while creating an inclusive environment that promotes academic success, healthy lifestyles, and strong character development.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and CPR/First Aid plus Food

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• CPR/First Aid certification and Food Handler Permit (or ability to obtain within 3 months).
• Valid driver's license.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee high-quality, culturally responsive youth development programs.
• Recruit, train, and coach site staff and volunteers to maintain an excellent 1:15 staffing ratio.
• Build strong relationships with school administrators, teachers, and families to support student success.
• Manage site budgets, track attendance data, and run operations efficiently.
