This part-time role offers flexible hours, a focus on learning through play, strong teamwork, and customer service skills; compensation ranges from $16 to $19 per hour, depending on education and experience.

Qualifications

• Customer service and relationship-building with families and students.
• Team-oriented and collaborative in a school setting.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Drive to foster a love of learning and healthy living.
• Flexibility to support additional local programs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Daily Program Meetings: review goals, updates, and progress with the team.
• Organize and Facilitate Daily Activities aligned with program objectives.
• Lead by example with a safe, nurturing environment and positive guidance.
• Prioritize safety, document attendance and incidents.
• Communicate effectively with children, parents, staff, and school personnel.
