Job summary

Right At School is seeking an Educator to support before and after school programs across local districts. The role focuses on safe, engaging activities that blend learning with play and healthy living, helping children grow in a structured environment.

Ideal candidates will bring customer service excellence, teamwork, and at least one year of experience with children under 13. A flexible schedule supports school-based programs within the district.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Works well in a team environment.
• At least 1 year of experience working with children under 13 years of age.
• Ability to lift 25lbs.

Responsibilities

• Daily Program Meetings: review goals and updates, share ideas, discuss progress, encourage collaboration, and team accountability.
• Organize and Facilitate Daily Activities: prepare activities and curriculum aligned with program objectives; lead structured daily fitness, activities, and curriculum.
• Leading by Example: maintain a safe and nurturing environment, meeting program goals through positive guidance and classroom management.
• Prioritize Safety and Joy: monitor the environment, address hazards, follow safety protocols, document attendance and incidents.
• Communication: effectively communicate with children, parents, staff, and school personnel.
