Job summary

Right At School is hiring Educators for our before/after school programs in local districts. You’ll deliver engaging activities, support a safe, welcoming environment, and help kids grow through structured curriculum and fitness sessions.

The role runs Monday–Friday with a split shift (06:45–08:45 and 15:30–18:00), up to 22.5 hours weekly. Pay is $15.00–$18.00 per hour, with potential bonuses up to $1,250 in your first 90 days based on milestones.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience working with children under 13.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs.
• CDA preferred or equivalent credentials.
• HS Diploma or GED with college credits in early childhood or human services.

Responsibilities

• Plan and facilitate daily activities and curriculum.
• Lead daily program meetings and progress reviews.
• Maintain a safe, nurturing environment with positive guidance.
• Ensure safety protocols and accurate attendance records.
• Communicate effectively with children, parents, staff, and school personnel.
