Responsibilities

• Take attendance for enrichment and recreation classes and coordinate with the front office to locate absent students.
• Ensure vendors/instructors are on time and ready when classes begin.
• Greet people, provide directions, and help attendees reach the scheduled location.
• Maintain quality customer service and proper use of space; respond to emergencies and relay information to leadership.
• Assist with technology use if needed and prep class materials for instructors.
• Foster a positive rapport with students, staff, administration and the public.
• Perform all other duties as assigned including activity preparation.
