Job summary

FMH Conveyors, a Duravant family company, is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to lead technical support efforts as the liaison between customers and internal resources. The role prioritizes, supports, and executes all technical support inquiries, analyzes warranty requests, fulfills quotes for service, and creates SOPs and RCAs to prevent reoccurring issues.

You will work with engineering, service, parts, and other teams, and travel periodically.

Qualifications

• Technical or associate degree required; engineering or technical field preferred.
• 3+ years in-field service or troubleshooting for conveying equipment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage, handle, and resolve incoming technical support inquiries
• Provide timely support to customers
• Liaison between customers and internal resources (engineering, service, parts, etc.)
• Quote service and installation with accurate pricing
• Lead the coordination of the field change activities
• Identify, create, and publish technical bulletins and SOPs/RCAs
