Job summary

LogistiQ Integration Solutions seeks an Aftermarket Service Technician to diagnose, service and maintain conveyor equipment at customer sites nationwide. You will perform mechanical and electrical installations, ensure on-time delivery, and work with the Field Services team.

This role requires travel, strong problem-solving and safe operations; you will support customers, document procedures, and contribute to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required, technical degree preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in mechanical and electrical installation, preferably in the conveyor industry.
• Knowledge of conveyor system design, installation, and maintenance.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; including with customer and internal team.
• Ability to travel to client sites frequently.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Successful completion of 90-day probationary period

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and emergency services on conveyor equipment and systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to installation and maintenance.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to the project manager.
• Collaborate with engineering, sales, and customer service to ensure project success.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
• Responsible for booking all travel to adhere to customer requirements
• Draft technical documents such as documenting new equipment, best practices, troubleshooting procedures.
• Be available for an “On Call” rotation, as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned
