Job summary

FMH Conveyors is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join the Lifecycle Services team. You will lead technical support activities, prioritize and resolve inquiries, and coordinate with engineering, service, and parts teams to deliver prompt solutions.

The role requires 3+ years in-field service or troubleshooting, strong communication, and proficiency with Salesforce and Epicor ERP. Some travel is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in-field service or troubleshooting for conveying equipment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with professional communication.
• Experience with Salesforce, Epicor ERP, and MS Office expected.

Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve incoming technical support inquiries.
• Provide timely customer support and escalate when needed.
• Collaborate with engineering, service, and parts teams for resolutions.
• Quote service and installation, ensuring accurate pricing and margins.
• Create SOPs and RCAs to prevent recurring issues.
• Lead field change coordination and publish technical bulletins.
