Stellantis is seeking an Aftersales Category Management Director to drive category strategy, pricing alignment, and lifecycle management across key aftersales portfolios. This role partners cross-functionally to deliver profitable, market-competitive solutions that improve customer retention and dealer performance.

You will lead pricing, assortment planning, and lifecycle decisions across wholesale, dealer, and eCommerce channels, while collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years in category management, product management, pricing, aftermarket, or related functions.
• Experience developing business cases, pricing strategies, and financial analyses.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute category strategies across Aftersales pricing, repair and collision, and maintenance portfolios.
• Collaborate with Pricing, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Service, Engineering, and Dealer Operations.
• Conduct market analysis, benchmarking, and diagnostics to identify gaps and growth levers.
• Build business cases for pricing actions, product coverage, and lifecycle decisions.
• Manage category lifecycle planning, assortment optimization, and portfolio prioritization.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive corrective actions as needed.
