Job summary

Stellantis in Auburn, AL seeks an Aftersales Category Management Director to lead category strategy and pricing alignment across major portfolios. You will partner with Finance, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Service teams to optimize revenue, margin, and dealer profitability while driving customer retention and loyalty.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, cross-functional leadership, and lifecycle planning for pricing, accessories, and aftersales categories.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in category management, pricing, or related commercial functions.
• Experience building business cases, pricing recommendations, and portfolio strategies.
• Strong analytical capability to interpret market data and financial performance.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute category strategies across Aftersales pricing, repair and collision, and maintenance.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align category plans with objectives and channels.
• Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to identify opportunities and risks.
• Build business cases and lifecycle decisions that support revenue and margin growth.
• Manage category lifecycle planning and assortment optimization across channels.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive corrective actions as needed.
