SanMar Corp. in Jacksonville, FL is hiring a Production II to support order picking, restocking and audit tasks in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will operate voice or RF units, use a hand-scanner and ensure orders are accurate and shipped on time.

Shifts run 1:00 PM to 9:30 PM; a high school diploma is preferred and 1–3 years warehouse experience is desirable. We offer comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth within our North American distribution network.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of warehouse support experience.
• Ability to read, write, and identify colors, sizes, quantities, labels, and SKUs.
• Basic math skills for counting and quantities.
• Follow directions and adapt to changing priorities.
• Work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Works well independently and in a team.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good verbal and written comprehension.
• Regular and punctual attendance; overtime may be required.

Responsabilités

• Pick product quickly and accurately from designated locations into cartons or totes as directed by hand-scanner.
• Restock product into designated locations.
• Inspect and audit outbound orders for accuracy and compliance, seal orders, and direct to invoicing and shipping.
• Operate a voice or RF unit.
• Check out equipment and return it in good condition.
• Meet minimum production and accuracy standards and delivery deadlines.
