Job summary

SanMar in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Production II associate for a night shift (10:00 PM–6:30 AM) to support fast-paced warehouse operations. You will quickly pick products, restock designated locations, and perform order audits to ensure accurate shipments.

The role requires basic math, color/size/SKU identification, and the ability to follow directions in a changing environment. Prior warehouse experience (1–3 years) and a high school diploma or equivalent are preferred, with regular

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
1–3 years experience supporting warehouse activities.
Ability to read/write and identify colors, sizes, quantity, label and SKU information.
Basic math skills required.
Ability to follow directions and adapt to changing priorities.
Capable of working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and meeting deadlines.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and regular attendance.

Responsibilities

Pick product quickly and accurately from designated locations for cartons or totes.
Inspect and audit outbound orders for accuracy and compliance; prepare for invoicing and shipment.
Operate a voice or RF unit.
Check out and return equipment in good condition.
Meet minimum production and accuracy standards and delivery deadlines.
