Job summary

SanMar is seeking a Production II associate to support warehouse activities in our distribution network. You will pick orders, restock inventory, audit outbound shipments and operate a voice/RF scanner to ensure accuracy and timely processing.

The role requires 1–3 years of warehouse experience, high attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Shift: 12:30PM–9:00PM, pay $16.50 plus $1.00 shift differential ($17.50/hr).

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of warehouse experience.
• Ability to read/write and identify colors, sizes, quantities, labels and SKUs.
• Basic math skills for counting.
• Able to follow directions and adjust priorities.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Works well independently and in a team.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Regular and prompt attendance.
• Overtime may be required.

Responsibilities

• Pick product quickly and accurately from designated locations and place into cartons or totes as directed.
• Restock product into designated locations.
• Inspect and audit outbound customer orders for accuracy and compliance; seal orders and direct for invoicing and shipping.
• Operate a voice or RF scanner.
• Check out and return equipment in good condition.
• Meet minimum production and accuracy standards and deadlines.
