SanMar in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Production II associate working 10:00PM-6:30AM to support warehouse operations. The role involves fast-paced picking, restocking, and auditing orders to ensure accuracy and timely shipping.

Compensation ranges from $17.00 to $25.00 per hour with comprehensive benefits including PTO, holidays, and 401(k) matching. This is a full-time on-site position requiring reliable attendance and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience supporting warehouse activities.
• Ability to read, write and identify colors, sizes, quantity, label and SKU information.
• Basic math skills in counting and quantity required.
• Demonstrated ability to follow directions and change priorities as business needs require.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume environment while meeting deadlines.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team.
• Strong attention to details.
• Comprehend verbal and written instructions.
• Regular and prompt attendance.
• Essential days or overtime may be required.

Responsabilités

• Quickly and accurately pick product from designated locations and either place into cartons on a pre-built pick cart, or into totes as directed by the hand-scanner.
• Restock product into designated locations.
• Inspect and audit outbound customer orders for accuracy and compliance, seal orders, and direct all completed orders to be invoiced and shipped.
• Operate a voice or Radio Frequency unit.
• Responsible for checking out equipment and returning it in same condition.
• Meet minimum production and accuracy standards and delivery deadlines.
