Job summary

SanMar in Jacksonville, FL seeks a Production II to support night shift operations. You will pick orders, restock, audit outgoing orders, and operate voice/RF devices to ensure accurate, on-time shipment. Requires 1–3 years warehouse experience, sharp attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience supporting warehouse activities.
• Ability to read, write and identify colors, sizes, quantity, label and SKU information.
• Basic math skills in counting and quantity required.
• Demonstrated ability to follow directions and change priorities as business needs require.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume environment while meeting deadlines.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team.

Responsibilities

• Quickly and accurately pick product from designated locations and place into cartons on a pre-built pick cart, or into totes as directed by the hand-scanner.
• Inspect and audit outbound customer orders for accuracy and compliance, seal orders, and direct all completed orders to be invoiced and shipped.
• Operate a voice or Radio Frequency unit.
• Responsible for checking out equipment and returning it in same condition.
• Meet minimum production and accuracy standards and delivery deadlines.
