Job summary

ExpertCare in Southeast Michigan is seeking reliable, compassionate Support Staff to work 1:1 with recipients in their homes, providing encouragement and helping with skill-building activities.

You will accompany clients to the community to support personal goals outside the home. Full and part-time positions are available, with paid training, flexible schedules, and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Must be compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 support to recipients in their homes.
• Encourage skill-building activities and community involvement.
• Help recipients achieve personal goals outside the home environment.
• Participate in the paid training and ongoing process.
