Job summary

ExpertCare is seeking reliable support staff to work 1:1 with recipients in their homes across Southeast Michigan. You will be helping with skill-building activities and community outings, empowering recipients to grow personal goals outside of their home environment.

Full and part-time positions are available, with paid training, a flexible schedule, and weekly pay. You will join a compassionate team dedicated to improving lives and independence.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in-home support to recipients.
• Assist with skill-building activities and community outings.
• Support recipients to grow personal goals outside the home.
• Collaborate with care teams and document progress.

ExpertCare is looking for reliable, compassionate, and helpful Support Staff to work 1:1 with our Recipients. You will be working in our clients homes while supporting, encouraging and helping with skill building activities. You will also be bringing them into the community to help grow and strengthen their personal goals outside of their home environment.
