Job summary

ExpertCare in Southeast Michigan is seeking reliable Caregivers for 1:1 support in clients' homes. You will assist with everyday activities, encourage independence, and help with skill-building exercises while promoting safety and dignity.

This is a full- or part-time position with a caring culture, paid training, flexible scheduling, and weekly pay. You will join a team that values outcomes and community involvement, including outings to grow goals beyond the home.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings
• Must be 18 years or older

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home support and companionship to recipients.
• Assist with daily living activities per care plan.
• Encourage personal growth and skill-building in daily tasks.
• Document progress and communicate with supervisors as needed.
