48forty Solutions, LLC in Milwaukee, WI is seeking a Production Supervisor to work closely with Plant management to develop personnel and ensure smooth operations. The role offers $22.00/hr, with Monday–Friday, 12:00 PM–8:30 PM shifts.

You will lead production, enforce safety, manage pallet sorting and forklift tasks, and provide customer service as needed. Overtime and swing shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2-3 years of experience in a Warehouse or similar facility.
• Demonstrated experience leading a team.
• Ability to communicate with Plant management team effectively on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

• Enforce safety standards, achieve production goals, and maintain quality standards
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the production function of the site
• Perform pallet sort, light pallet repair, forklift operation and customer service duties
• Lead production and provide customer support when necessary
• Work overtime as needed or swing shifts at times
