Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP seeks a Site Supervisor in New Albany, OH to safely coordinate program activities and supervise staff. You’ll inspect areas, equipment, and conditions to ensure sanitation and OSHA compliance, lead training sessions, and coordinate daily work. Strong communication and problem-solving are essential.

The role requires 6 months to 1 year of related experience, a HS diploma or GED, and potential forklift certification. Travel may be required, with days and weekends shifts.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish a plus; strong communication and coaching abilities.
• Proficient with database, internet, spreadsheet and word processing software.
• Able to read safety rules and issue routine reports.

Responsibilities

• Train, supervise and instruct employees in tasks, safety, policies and procedures.
• Coordinate and monitor work activities; recommend training and discipline.
• Prepare written reports; conduct quality, service and safety inspections.
• Track equipment inventory, maintenance, and repair; monitor PPE usage.
• Maintain attendance, training and inspection records; assist with corrective action.
• Oversee supervisory responsibilities including interviewing and hiring.
• Some travel may be required for this position.
