3M is seeking a Production Supervisor for the Springfield, MO Afternoon Shift. You will lead day-to-day operations, supervising Operators, Lead Operators and Trainers to deliver safe, quality output and continuous improvement.

The role requires a HS diploma, 5 years manufacturing experience and 3 years in a supervisory role; optional Bachelor's degree, union manufacturing experience, Lean tools, and shipping/receiving expertise are advantageous. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma/GED (completed before start).
• Five years of manufacturing experience in various sectors.
• Three years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution (preferred).
• 5+ years manufacturing in a Union environment (preferred).
• Experience in chemical operations, extrusion, coating or converting (preferred).
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing tools (preferred).
• Experience with shipping, receiving and warehouse operations (preferred).
• Two years of supervisory experience in a union environment (preferred).
• Willingness to work any shift.
• Travel up to 10% domestically (as applicable).
