Job summary

Empac Group, Inc. is seeking a Production Supervisor in Sullivan, MO to ensure safe, effective, and efficient completion of all production duties. The role works with staff and client-employees to meet quality, quantity, and delivery standards.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, a Class E driver's license, and be able to pass background checks and drug screening. The position requires strong leadership, organization, and teamwork under a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• Must have Class E driver’s license.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must pass background checks for abuse/neglect and driving violations and must pass pre-employment drug/alcohol screening.

Responsibilities

• Guides and instructs employees so production meets designated quality, quantity, and delivery standards.
• Organizes production flow to align with schedules and staff abilities, showing initiative.
• Maintains all designated paperwork and records accurately.
• Ensures Good Manufacturing Practices and keeps clean, safe work areas.
• Adheres to facility safety requirements and maintains a low-risk environment.
• Anticipates production needs by organizing the work area in advance for efficiency.
• Reports production issues (equipment, personnel, environment) to management promptly.
• Adheres to workshop policies and acts as a mandated reporter of suspected abuse/neglect of client-employees.
• Completes other duties as required by supervisors.
