Job summary

Step Ahead ABA in Kapolei, HI, is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for in-home and community therapy. This part-time role covers two weekday afternoons from 2:00pm to 6:00pm, about 8 hours per week, with pay at $30/hour for direct therapy.

You will work under BCBA supervision, deliver 97153 therapy per the treatment plan, and help families by collecting data and supporting sessions. This flexible schedule lets you tailor a caseload around availability while earning competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification with the BACB required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior ABA experience preferred.
• Availability two weekday afternoons within 2:00pm–6:00pm.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 97153 direct therapy according to the BCBA-written plan.
• Receive plan and family support from assigned BCBA and care manager.
• Receive supervision and feedback from BCBA.
• Record session data and submit notes; non-billable time is paid.
