Job summary

HireCare Services in Fairfax, VA and surrounding areas seeks compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs) to deliver in-home ABA therapy for children with autism and developmental disabilities under BCBA supervision.

Positions offer flexible part-time and full-time schedules, paid training, ongoing supervision, and meaningful hands-on experience in ABA. Typical weekly hours range from 15 to 25+ depending on caseload.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or willingness to obtain certification (training provided).
• Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong communication, patience, and interpersonal skills.
• Dependable, organized, and able to work independently.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans as directed by your BCBA.
• Provide 1:1 therapy in home and community environments.
• Collect and accurately record behavioral data during sessions.
• Communicate client progress and observations with clinical team members.
• Complete timely session documentation.
• Build positive and professional relationships with clients and families.
• Follow ethical and professional ABA standards.
