Job summary

Headstart Health, Inc. is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to work with BCBA-owned practices offering strong supervision, realistic caseloads, and real support for clinicians. A $500 sign-on bonus is included.

RBTs will work closely with BCBAs who own their practices, with direct mentorship and ongoing coaching. Full-time or part-time options support flexible scheduling and career growth through paid trainings and a path to become a BCBA.

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification is required.
• Reliable transportation to get to client homes.
• High school diploma or equivalent (college is a plus, but not required).
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Comfortable moving around and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children following individualized treatment plans.
• Track progress and communicate with families.
• Meet weekly with your BCBA for coaching and support.
