Job summary

ABS Kids in Utah is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician (RBT) for afternoon shifts from 3pm to 7pm. No prior experience is required; we will train you on the job and help you obtain your RBT certification.

You’ll work with children with autism, collecting data and applying ABA techniques in home or center settings. You'll earn $18.50 to $23.00 per hour plus certification bonuses, paid drive time and mileage, and a strong benefits package including 401(k) matching, PTO, and ongoing training

Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience working with children or adults with special needs.
• Heart for helping kids and a calm, steady presence.
• Reliability and energy to play.
• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support to clients with autism.
• Use ABA therapy and play to teach real-life skills.
• Record and collect data on client behavior and progress.
• Move between client homes and locations.
• Maintain a safe and respectful environment.
