Job summary

ABS Kids is hiring part-time Behavior Technicians to support children with autism in the afternoon hours from 3pm to 7pm. No experience? We will train you on the job and offer paid RBT certification for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience working with children or adults with special needs.
• Ability to use data collection software and basic office tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support to clients with autism.
• Use ABA therapy to teach real-life skills.
• Collect and record data on client behavior and progress.
• Maintain a safe, respectful environment for clients and staff.
• Help children develop life skills such as hygiene, daily living and social skills.
• Assist with mobility and activity transitions as needed.
