ABS Kids in Utah is seeking entry-level Behavior Technicians to support children with autism through ABA-based play and guidance. No experience required; training provided on the job.

This role offers part-time shifts and the chance to grow toward RBT certification while making a meaningful difference in kids’ lives. You will collect data, support client progress, and help develop essential life skills in a compassionate environment.

Responsibilities

• Make a difference in the life of a child!
• Use play, patience, and ABA therapy to teach real-life skills
• Collect and record data on client behavior and progress
• Provide one-on-one support to clients with autism spectrum disorder
• Maintain a safe and respectful environment for clients and staff
• Help the child develop essential life skills such as motor skills, personal hygiene, daily living, potty training, and social and emotional skills
• Get up and down off floor often, move quickly
