Job summary

ABS Kids is seeking part-time Behavior Technicians to work 3pm–7pm in Utah. No experience needed—we train you on the job and offer paid certification and bonuses.

Earn $18.50–$23.00 per hour with a $1,000 bonus for current RBTs, plus PTO, 401(k) with match, mileage reimbursement, and ongoing education opportunities. We welcome applicants from caregiving backgrounds and related fields who want to help children with autism develop real-life skills and bright futures.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience working with children or adults with special needs.
• A heart for helping kids and a calm, steady presence.
• Eagerness and energy to play with kids.
• Reliable transportation to client homes and other locations.
• Tech savviness to learn data collection software and basic office tools.

Responsibilities

• Make a difference in the life of a child through ABA-based activities.
• Provide one-on-one support to clients with autism spectrum disorder.
• Collect and record data on client behavior and progress.
• Maintain a safe and respectful environment for clients and staff.
• Help the child develop essential life skills and independence.
