Job summary

Social Circle ABA is seeking an enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)/BT-ABA Therapist to join our afternoon therapy team in-home. You will provide one-on-one behavioral therapy to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) under BCBA supervision and help implement individualized treatment plans.

This role emphasizes data collection, progress tracking, positive reinforcement, and collaboration with BCBA and teammates.

Qualifications

• BT experience required for in-home therapy.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to follow directions and implement plans.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Patience and compassion when working with individuals with ASD.
• Ability to work independently or in a team.
• Basic computer skills for data collection and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with ASD.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
• Assist with the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to ensure consistency and effectiveness of interventions.
• Use positive reinforcement techniques to promote skill acquisition and behavior change.
• Conduct preference assessments and assist with functional behavior assessments.
