Job summary

Social Circle ABA is seeking an in-home After School Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)/BT-ABA Therapist. You will provide one-on-one behavioral therapy to individuals with ASD under BCBA supervision, collect progress data, and support development of individualized treatment plans.

The role emphasizes compassionate, patient care, teamwork with a BCBA, and accurate data reporting in a dynamic in-home setting.

Qualifications

• BT experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to follow directions and implement behavior intervention plans accurately.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Patience and compassion when working with individuals with ASD.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills for data collection and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans under supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with ASD.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
• Assist with development and implementation of individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to ensure consistency and effectiveness of interventions.
• Use positive reinforcement techniques to promote skill acquisition and behavior change.
• Conduct preference assessments and assist with functional behavior assessments.
