Job summary

Social Circle ABA is seeking an enthusiastic After School Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)/BT-ABA Therapist to join our in-home afternoon therapy team in New Jersey. You will deliver one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision and help implement individualized treatment plans for individuals with ASD.

You will collect data, track progress, and collaborate with a BCBA and team to ensure effective interventions.

Qualifications

• BT experience required.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to follow directions and implement plans accurately.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Patience and compassion when working with individuals with ASD.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills for data collection and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans under supervision of BCBA.
• Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with ASD.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
• Assist with development and implementation of individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with BCBA and team to ensure consistency of interventions.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote skill acquisition and behavior change.
• Conduct preference assessments and assist with functional behavior assessments.
