Social Circle ABA in New Jersey is seeking an After School Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)/BT-ABA Therapist to deliver in-home, one-on-one behavioral therapy to individuals with ASD during after-school hours. You will implement intervention plans under BCBA supervision and help collect progress data.

The role emphasizes collaboration with the BCBA, data-driven practice, and compassionate, patient care in a supportive, growth-focused environment.

Competenze

BT experience required.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to follow directions and implement behavior intervention plans accurately.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Mansioni

Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with ASD.
Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
Assist with the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans。
Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to ensure consistency and effectiveness of interventions.
Use positive reinforcement techniques to promote skill acquisition and behavior change.
Conduct preference assessments and assist with functional behavior assessments.
