Job summary

Social Circle ABA is seeking an After School Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)/BT-ABA Therapist to work with our afternoon in-home therapy team in New Jersey. You will deliver high-quality behavioral therapy to individuals with autism under BCBA supervision.

The role emphasizes direct one-on-one sessions, data collection, and collaboration with the BCBA to implement individualized treatment plans. A supportive environment and opportunities for professional growth are provided.

Qualifications

• BT experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to follow directions and implement behavior plans accurately.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Patience and compassion when working with individuals with ASD.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills for data collection and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans under supervision of a BCBA.
• Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with ASD.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
• Assist with development and implementation of individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with the BCBA and team to ensure effective interventions.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote skill acquisition and behavior change.
• Conduct preference assessments and assist with functional behavior assessments.
