Social Circle ABA is seeking an After School Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)/BT-ABA Therapist to join our afternoon in-home therapy team in New Jersey. You will provide one-on-one ABA therapy to individuals with ASD, implement plans under BCBA supervision, and collect data on progress.

A compassionate, patient approach is essential. The role emphasizes collaboration with BCBA and team members, positive reinforcement, and developing customized treatment strategies to support skill

Formación

• Must have BT experience in ABA or related fields.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to follow intervention plans accurately under supervision.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to data collection and reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with ASD.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
• Assist with development and implementation of individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with the BCBA and team to ensure consistency of interventions.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote skill acquisition and behavior change.
• Conduct preference assessments and assist with functional behavior assessments.
