Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking part-time ABA support professionals to provide one-on-one services to children with Autism in home or community settings. No ABA experience is required as paid training is provided, and you will work closely with a BCBA supervisor to implement skill-building plans.

Ideal candidates bring patience, compassion, and a calm demeanor. Roles offer afternoon/evening hours with potential for advancement in a growing ABA practice.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Willingness to learn and work with children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and BCBA Supervisor(s) to enhance treatment effectiveness.
