Job summary

Already Autism Health is seeking a part-time Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our in-home ABA team in Greenville, SC. You will provide clinical oversight, conduct assessments, supervise RBTs, BCaBAs, and practicum students across home, clinic, and school settings, and collaborate with families to ensure high-quality therapy.

Typical schedule is afternoons (2:00 pm–7:00 pm) with occasional morning clients; you will also deliver caregiver training, monitor progress, maintain

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or national equivalent in psychology, special education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or related field of studies.
• Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Minimum two years of experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Completion of the 8-hour BACB supervisor training.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and create individualized treatment plans
• Provide direct behavioral services when needed
• Supervise RBTs, BCaBAs, and practicum students
• Deliver caregiver training and ongoing support
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment as needed
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation
• Ensure ethical and effective practices in crisis response
• Collaborate with families, stakeholders, and interdisciplinary teams
