TRINITY BLUFF HOSPITALITY LLC is seeking a cheerful Front Desk Agent to deliver exceptional service to hotel guests. You will assist with check-in/check-out, issue room keys, process payments, and coordinate with housekeeping to ensure room availability.

The role requires strong communication, a positive attitude, and reliability for 3 PM–midnight shifts, with some weekends and holidays. You will handle reservations, answer inquiries by phone, email, or in person, and help guests enjoy a

Qualifications

• Friendly and outgoing personality.
• Familiarity with hospitality industry standards.
• Proficient in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
• Computer literacy.
• Able to resolve issues with a customer-focused orientation.
• Able to lift 35 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Check-in and check-out processing for guests.
• Issue room keys and process payments at POS.
• Coordinate with housekeeping to manage room availability.
• Answer guest inquiries and complete paperwork promptly.
• Build rapport with guests and identify needs.
• Describe room features and local area attractions.
• Act as Manager on Duty when working alone.
• Ensure health and quality standards are met.
• Maintain lobby, coffee station, and market area.
