Job summary

The Michaels Companies in Pottstown, PA is hiring for a Part-time Afternoon & Weekend Service Team Member to help customers find items and provide a fast checkout experience. You’ll also support truck unloading and stock duties to keep the store well-merchandised.

Role includes engaging customers in rewards programs, embracing Omni-channel processes, and upholding store recovery standards while delivering friendly service in a climate-controlled retail environment.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform light lifting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service, help customers shop and locate products; ensure a fast, friendly checkout experience.
• Complete truck unloading and merchandise duties, restock, and maintain store recovery to support brand standards.
• Promote the Michaels Rewards program and enroll customers; assist with Omni-channel processes like BOPIS and SFS.
