Job summary

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership to hourly workforce to ensure execution of daily tasks and customer service.
• Supervise drivers, loading/unloading, dispatch, and documentation while meeting cost objectives.
• Conduct team meetings and supervise performance, coaching, and development.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and timely completion of records and reports.
• Monitor attendance, productivity, and overtime to meet targets.
• Collaborate with site leadership on continuous improvement and equipment maintenance.
