Responsibilities

• Communicate performance standards that are specific and measurable, interview hourly associates and provide recommendations for hire, monitor attendance and productivity, and provide counseling or recognition as needed.
• Supervise logistics operations including customer service, freight loading/unloading, dispatch and documentation control, evaluate work methods to increase productivity, assist in training, and ensure correct records and reports.
• Maintain compliance with financial policies, manage working hours to minimize overtime, and support site safety and procedures.
