Job summary

ExpertCare in Michigan is seeking reliable, compassionate caregivers to work 1:1 with our recipients in clients' homes, supporting and guiding with skill-building activities and helping them engage with the community.

Full and part-time positions are available across Southeast Michigan, with paid training, flexible schedules, and weekly pay as part of our mission to improve recipients' lives and empower caregivers.

Qualifications

• Compassionate and dependable caregiver with patience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 care in clients' homes.
• Support clients with skill-building activities.
• Accompany clients to community activities and outings.
