Job summary

Sitemetric is seeking an Access Control Officer for part-time afternoon shifts in New Florence, MO. You will manage worker registration, badging, parking, and visitor proceedings on customer construction sites to ensure security and smooth operations.

Role requires in-person work at job sites, shift-based hours, OSHA 10/30, and strong English communication with leadership. Some travel across the US may be required.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain required licensing.
• Ability to pass drug screen and background check.
• 2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Detail orientation and prioritization in dynamic environment.
• Ability to follow SOPs in English.
• Proficient spoken and written English.
• Adaptable and proactive in taking on more responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Worker Registration & Badging: monitor access control compliance and uphold site security requirements.
• Badging Compliance: ensure badges are scanned and identity verified; maintain headcount records.
• Parking Management: issue passes and monitor parking pass compliance.
• Visitor & Delivery Management: document visitors and deliveries; create written records.
