Job summary

Sitemetric Access Control Officer (PT: Morning) in Chester, VA, requires on-site work at one or more Sitemetric sites. Role focuses on worker registration, badging, parking, visitor and delivery management, and overall site security.

Candidates should have at least 2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience, be able to pass background checks and drug screens, and communicate effectively in English. Travel across the US may be required.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain required licensing.
• Ability to pass drug screen, background check.
• 2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience.
• Ability to follow detailed SOPs in English.
• Proficient communication in spoken and written English.
• Detail orientation and ability to prioritize tasks in dynamic environment.
• Proactive approach to taking on more responsibility to serve the customer and team.

Responsibilities

• Worker Registration & Badging: monitor access control compliance and uphold site security requirements.
• Badging Compliance: ensure personnel have badges and are scanned for identity and headcount.
• Parking Management: provide passes and monitor pass compliance.
• Visitor & Delivery Management: document visitors and deliveries with written records.
• Customer & Worker Support: assist with access control, troubleshooting, logs, and parking management.
• Ad hoc responsibilities: support access control for one-time and ongoing needs.
