Job summary

BEautiful Bridges LLC in California is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide direct ABA therapy to children and adolescents in home, school, clinic, and community settings. The role supports skill development, behavior reduction, and independence under BCBA supervision.

This part-time position runs 1pm–5pm, Monday through Friday and requires reliability, HIPAA compliance, and the ability to collaborate with families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college coursework or degree in Psychology, Education, Child Development, or related field preferred.
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
• At least 1 year of experience working with children, individuals with autism, or special needs strongly preferred.
• Reliable transportation to client locations.
• Commitment to confidentiality and HIPAA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, clinic, and community settings.
• Deliver direct client care in 1:1 and group settings using ABA principles.
• Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention strategies.
• Follow prescribed behavioral plans and clinical protocols consistently.
• Assist in developing communication, social, play, self-help, and adaptive living skills.
• Collect and record daily data and complete clinical notes on client progress.
