Rely-On Autism Therapy is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. You will implement individualized treatment plans, collect client data, and support children in communication, social, and daily living skills.

The role emphasizes collaboration with the clinical team and families, with a focus on compassionate, consistent care. Spanish-English communication support is available, and scheduling runs 12pm–6pm.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• Available to work 12pm-6pm.
• Experience with ABA or pediatric settings is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children under a BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized behavior plans and skill-acquisition programs.
• Collect and accurately document client data during therapy sessions.
• Help children develop communication, social, daily living, and behavioral skills.
• Utilize positive reinforcement and evidence-based ABA strategies.
• Communicate effectively with BCBAs, team members, and caregivers.
• Provide additional communication support to Spanish-speaking clients and families.
• Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and team collaboration.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for every child.
