Job summary

SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care in California is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician to deliver Applied Behavior Analysis services in homes or community settings. Position supports youth with developmental disabilities, providing 1:1 therapy under supervision of a BCBA.

Flexible afternoons/evenings Monday through Friday, with travel to multiple cities in the area. The role requires RBT certification or working toward it, plus strong problem-solving and communication

Qualifications

• RBT certification preferred.
• Two or more years of experience with individuals with developmental disabilities or behaviorally challenged population.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation are required.

Responsibilities

• Implement Applied Behavior Analysis driven programs for youth with developmental disabilities in their homes and/or a community environment.
• Provide 1:1 therapy to individuals with a developmental disability in a home or community setting.
• Implement treatment goals under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst.
• Provide adequate feedback regarding progress to supervisor.
• Facilitate teaching of communication, self-help, social-skills, and other targeted treatment goals.
• Track client progress and program data.
• Observes confidentiality and safeguards all patient-related information.
