Job summary

Accurate ABA is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our Maryland team. Under BCBA supervision, you will implement ABA programs to help individuals with developmental disabilities and other needs.

This role offers part-time hours, competitive benefits, and opportunities to grow in behavior analysis. You will provide direct one-on-one therapy across settings like homes, schools, clinics, and community locations, while collecting data and contributing to treatment

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Current BACB-registered RBT certification.
• Completion of a 40-hour ABA training and competency assessment.
• Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA programs under BCBA supervision.
• Provide one-on-one therapy in homes, schools, clinics, and community settings.
• Collect accurate data on client progress using specified methods.
• Assist in developing individualized treatment goals.
• Apply behavior reduction strategies to decrease challenging behaviors.
• Provide ongoing feedback to the BCBA about progress and observations.
• Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines.
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, teachers, and other professionals.
• Attend regular supervision sessions to review progress and strategies.
