BehaviorCare Therapy is looking for a part-time technician to work with kids in home settings, delivering play-based ABA under supervision. You’ll schedule afternoons/evenings and help clients progress with simple, supervisor-directed plans, recording data on a mobile device.

Ideal candidates have prior experience with children, flexibility for after-school hours, reliable transportation, and a positive, teamwork-oriented approach with families.

Qualificações

• Experience working with children (SPED Para, 1:1 Aide, classroom aide, after-school programs, caregiving, autism).
• ABA experience a plus!
• Afternoon/evening availability (weekends a plus)
• Reliable transportation
• Must pass a background check

Responsabilidades

• Work one-on-one with kids in their homes to help them learn and grow using play-based ABA techniques.
• Follow simple step-by-step treatment plans made by your supervisor (BCBA).
• Track progress during each session using a data system on your phone or tablet.
• Team up with your BCBA and fellow techs to keep things consistent and effective.
• Give feedback to families about how the session went and celebrate small wins together!
