Job summary

INNIO in Houston is seeking a Customer Service Manager to oversee aftermarket service contracts, focusing on planning, execution, and compliance with CSA and MSA agreements while ensuring timely billing and KPI achievement. This is an onsite daily position based in Houston, Texas.

You will work closely with Field Service Managers, finance, and commercial teams to drive revenue, margin, and customer satisfaction, including escalation handling and process improvements for operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Experience in energy, power generation, industrial equipment, or similar industry.
• Experience applying accounting principles and navigating contractual frameworks.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel: VLOOKUP, IF formulas, pivots; Word; PowerPoint; Outlook).
• Proficiency in English with ability to read, interpret, and create documentation.

Responsibilities

• Ensure CSA/MSA obligations are met throughout the contract lifecycle.
• Primary contract execution contact, supporting customers and escalations.
• Collaborate with Service Staff Manager on commercial issues and territory performance.
• Own revenue, contribution margin, and cash metrics for assigned area.
• Execute billing within five days and manage escalated receivables with HQ Cash Collection.
• Coordinate with Service Analyst and Ops Finance for projections, revenue recognition and cost control.
• Oversee complex service jobs from proposal through completion per P&L targets and terms.
• Plan with planners, plant, field managers and customers to schedule maintenance.
• Deliver monthly and quarterly KPIs and support Voice of the Customer initiatives.
• Partner with Commercial team on revenue opportunities and escalation handling.
• Perform other duties to support operations and business continuity.
